September The new sapping season starts in late winter; tours
usually begin in early Spring! That's a great time to visit a maple sugar
orchar and see a sugaring demonstration; watch them make maple syrup!

in the winter as heritage birds usually do not lay in the cold and dark winter; Honey is harvested in September for the newest flow but is
available all year; Maple is fresh in April but available all year; Preserves and pickles are available seasonally for local/our farm produce;
